Job Description
One of Oxfordshire’s finest restaurant and bars, set in a picturesque village, a few miles south of the city of Oxford. This unique converted monastery is now the home of award-wining food, fine wine and charming service and is listed in all the major guides, including the prestigious Michelin Restaurant Guide.
The menu is Modern British and produce is of the highest quality, sourced mainly from local farms and suppliers, including the White Hart gardens. Everything is made in-house (including bread and pasta).
This is an exciting opportunity for self-motivated, hardworking and ambitious chefs to gain experience and progress. A passion for fresh food, local produce and quality is essential.
Experience in a similar environment is essential.
Salary Negotiable – depending on ability and experience.
Food and Accommodation provided – Accommodation consists of a large detached staff house in the grounds of the restaurant with full cooking and laundry facilities.
