Job Description
This is a traditional pub and restaurant situated in the heart of the scenic New Forest area of Hampshire, near Southampton! Recently totally refurbished, customers enjoy the warm and pleasant atmosphere that is maintained throughout the bar and restaurant combined with a fantastic menu and excellent service.
FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF should be bright and cheery, enthusiastic and motivated, well presented and efficient, fluent in English, most of all enjoy offering guests a great dining out experience.
KITCHEN PORTERS: should be hard working, organised and willing to assist chefs with food preparation, washing up and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen. No previous experience is necessary and a good level of English is a bonus, not a necessity!
