PQE level: 4-5 years

The London office is seeking an English qualified corporate associate to work on both M&A and equity capital markets (AIM and full list) transactions. Candidates should have a UK corporate background and preferably have worked for an international firm, but this is not essential.

Job Location Central London  
Rate/Salary range is £116k (4 yrs)/£130k (6 yrs) plus bonuses
