Job Description
We are owner run and extremely proud of our well-earned reputation for the quality and range of produce and above all the consistency of our cooking. We can also boast of being an award winning establishment after having been named ‘Licensees of the Year’ 2008 by the Good Pub Guide in addition to being named one of the top ten pubs within the UK by the Good Pub Guide 2008.
We currently have vacancies for 2 front of house staff and a chef de partie. (Could be a chef and partner couple + single front of house.)
FRONT OF HOUSE APPLICANTS should be of smart appearance, fluent English, enjoy delivering the level of service our customers have come to expect, adaptable and fit into our professional mainly aussie/kiwi/south african team.
CHEF DE PARTIE must be able to maintain our high standard of food using fresh ingredients, be comfortable on all sections, with a solid kitchen background.
