Job Description
We are looking for a Town Planner who has some experience of the UK planning system and will provide advice to our Property Services Division on the planning potential of sites owned by the Council.
These will include sites for potential housing development, sites for disposal by the council and advice on school sites as part of the Building Schools for the Future programme and Primary School Capital Programme.
The successful officer will need to be able to produce succinct and accurate advice and work with a range of officers across the planning services including conservation and design, access, development control and transport planning.
