Our client is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to working with Adults with a Mental Health problem in the Kendal area.

Duties will include:

o Assessing mental health and social care needs
o Planing care
o Organising reviews
o Offering a range of interventions
o Using the Care Program Approach
o Keeping written records
o Holding or attending case reviews
o Liasing with other professionals, both statuary and non-statuary
o Keeping computerised contact data as required
o Case load management

Experience within the field is desirable, but candidates must be registered with the GSCC and hold the relevant social work qualification.
