Job Description
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, friendly and flexible Night Porter/Receptionist (working 11pm-7am shifts over 5 days including weekends) on an initial fixed term contract of 3 months; which will be reviewed for the possibility of extension on a regular basis.
The role will include greeting the hotel guests and dealing with check-ins and checkouts. To deal with all enquiries from our guests in a helpful and courteous manner ensuring the highest standard of customer care and service are met.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service are pre-requisites for the position. Previous experience working as a Receptionist in the hospitality industry is essential, and knowledge of Opera would be advantageous, however full training will be given.
Free meals on duty and uniform provided. Accommodation can be provided at a small cost.
