Job Description
The pub overlooks a green that is frequently grazed by New Forest ponies. We are a friendly family run gastro pub with a superb varied menu of home cooked dishes and selection of fine wines.
We currently have a vacancy for a Second Chef. The two most important ingredients for this position are that you must be able to speak and read English and that you are adaptable and able to work as a part of our friendly kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable on all sections, with a solid kitchen background and must be capable of cooking appetising dishes, (not just push buttons on a microwave!) You should also be capable of running the kitchen in Head Chef’s absence.
In return for your commitment and dedication to us, we will provide you with excellent own room free accommodation, meals on and off duty and absolutely NO BILLS.
