Job Description
Our top end prestige client are looking for a Workshop / Quality Controller.
The job will involve delegating the work to the productive workforce, training and disciplinary where required, liasing with the manager regarding the work going through the shop floor, making sure repair times are kept down to maximise bonus etc.
They will then be required to undertake a strict quality control process on each repair, if the vehicle does not pass the QC procedure then the vehicle will have to be re-done.
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 OTE
