Job Description

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a proven Senior Property manager to join an established residential property management team within a progressive and expanding business. My client currently manages a portfolio of c2500 units located in blocks across the country with this due to double in size over the coming months. Working closely with the Director the successful candidate will head up a team of 5 property management staff whilst still operating “a hands on role” in relation to the management of the portfolio. Setting of budgets and an ability to hit the ground running are seen as key skills.

With an emphasis on the delivery of exceptional customer service to a wide range of clients the individual will have strong interpersonal skills and a drive that inspires others in the team.
The role is based between Milton Keynes and Central London. The successful candidate is likely to be made Associate Director within 18 months.
