Job Description
Oxfordshire / Berkshire based requirement for a stand alone Site Manager to look after projects in the £1 to £1.5m region.
Projects are typically fast track warehouse type developments both on green and brownfield sites. You will need to have a strong background in construction both in the technical aspects and also in current Health & Safety awareness.
Your involvement will allow an input into the selection of sub-contractors, control of programming and ultimately in all site matters from set up through to handover.
Initially a contract position, with the aim being to join the staff in this £400m turnover company. The company philosophy is geared towards repeat business and finding solutions for clients, rather than confrontation.
