A fantastic opportunity has arisen with in the construction industry for a Snr Project Manager to work for one of the top 10 largest Main Contractors in the world. The Senior Project Manager is required for one of the largest and most prestigious projects in the heart of London.

The project, one of London's landmark office buildings, consists of circa 560,000 sq ft of commercial and retail accommodation based over the 14 storey high building. The project, £150million in value, is fully funded and due to be completed by the summer of 2010.

The main responsibilities will be to ensure there is a strong client focus and that good working relations are maintained in order to ensure full satisfaction with project delivery. You will also be needed to ensure the contractor's design and delivery risk/opportunities are managed to ensure overall commercial profitability is maximised.

The successful Project Manager will be working within the build department of this main contractor with all future projects being mainly with in London, mainly with in the City Centre. Project values will range from £40 million - £300 million and will be based on both traditional, design & build, 2 stage tender forms of contract. Most projects will be exceptionally designed commercial offices.

The ideal Project Manager will have experience of working for a main contractor with in the UK. You must have experience successfully running commercial projects with values of no less than £50million.
