Site Engineers x 2 – RC Frame. These are either Permanent or Contract positions to suit you. The Contractor is a very successful and go-ahead company with a sound financial background, and an enviable growth record with a strong knowledge of the construction industry. Established over 25 years ago they have grown by taking on staff who are prepared to “work hard and play hard, for excellent rewards”.

The current requirement is for 2 x Site Engineers – RC Frame, with good technical knowledge of RC frames and their construction methods, able to carry out all the fieldwork involved in setting out and provision of line and level for vertical RC elements. This is a £20m project over 2 years, so you must be able to demonstrate a traceable employment and work history. This is a new scheme so there is plenty of opportunity for either a long contract role on a self-employed basis, or a permanent position. You are likely to have a minimum of 2 years practical RC experience to be able to work in this environment.

The project is a £ multi million project providing mixed residential and support buildings over the next 24 months. Ideally you will have a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong engineering background and wish to put your technical knowledge to good use. This is a role that requires good communication skills so you must have written and oral communication that is suitable for site.

Working with a professional Engineering team; in addition to the duties described you may have an understanding of Programming, Method statements, as well as helping to ensure that a high standard of Health & Safety is maintained.
