Job Description
We are a small, traditional, seaside pub, recently totally renovated and refurbished, with modern bistro (40+covers) upstairs and brand new kitchens: The tranquil village in Scotland, surrounded by farmland, with deep sea fishing, walking and bird-watching the main tourist attractions.
Salary negotiable, from £20K pa basic. Bonus scheme in operation as we build up new business: Opportunity to buy into the business if wished. Happy staff of 7 look forward to welcoming a team player, who must be talented, cheerful working under stress, with ability to do menu costings, order goods, etc. Possibility of work for a partner or friend: Accommodation available locally.
