Job Description

An emphasis on client satisfaction has led to many partnering agreements with both private and public organisations, with projects ranging from £1m to £50m in value in the field of new build construction, building refurbishment and interior fit-out.

Our client, a top tier main contractor, is currently looking for a Project Manager with a relevant main contracting background to work on a £14.5m new build project. This is an NHS project spread over 2 different sites on the ProCure 21 initiative. ProCure21 is a procurement method for publicly funded NHS Capital Schemes. It is currently being used to deliver community hospitals, primary care centres, mental health units and other acute services such as cardiac care and out-patient units.

One site will be a 5 storey RC frame, the other a 4 storey RC frame.
