Site Manager / Engineer / Supervisor – Civils in Southwark. Requirement for an experienced Site Manager / Engineer / Supervisor who is able to take on a supervisory role for the Contractor. Working for a company that was formed some 30 years ago and for whom civil engineering remains its core activity this would be an opportunity to get good hours on a freelance basis.

This is a new project that has some months to run and involves both new and refurbishment work on drainage in an existing highway and adjoining parking areas and paving. You should be able to demonstrate relevant experience and possess a valid NRSWA certificate and a current CSCS card. The setting out is fairly basic and there is an experienced labour force, so your role will require client interface and ensuring that there are adequate materials ordered / on site. You must be familiar with Traffic Management and its operational functions. Basic IT skills needed.
