Construction Manager / Project Manager

A well established contractor that is well known for service and quality is currently recruiting a Construction Manager / Project Manager for a project that consists of 4 very high specification luxury houses with a build value of £15million.
The company operates within the Leisure, Residential, Hotel and education market and is fully conversant with all forms of contract and offers a wide range of New build and refurbishment solutions.

Construction Manager / Project Manager Requirements

Construction Manager / Project Managers will be expected to come from a solid Main Contractor / Developer background with a proven track record and solid career history.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all of the construction and reporting to a roaming Senior Project Manager who is based on another project. The Construction Manager / Project manager will responsible for a number Package / Section Site Managers and a Site Engineer.
Applicants will be expected to chair meetings, keep the job running to programme and manage all aspects of health and safety.
