Job Description
village in attractive surroundings on the Berkshire/Hampshire border. We are a small establishment consisting of the bar, small restaurant and six bedrooms. One person must have kitchen experience and be capable of operating the kitchen unaided on our chef's days off. Training will be given but previous kitchen experience is essential. The other must have bar/restaurant skills. Fluent spoken English is essential. A self contained studio cottage is included at no cost on site. Days off can be together if desired. Five and a half day week split shift basis. Key qualities sought are a willingness to help out wherever needed, honesty and sense of humour. My last couple were here over two years. Pleasant village location with easy access to A34 and M4.
