Job Description
The responsibilities of the Second Chef are as follows:
To assist the Head Chef to prepare food.
To assist the Head Chef during service.
To assist the Head Chef in maintaining the cleanliness & hygeine of the kitchen.
To cover for the Head Chef during days off, holidays and sickness.
There may also be opportunities for the successful applicant to do bar work
Our menus can be viewed on our website.
All our food is freshly prepared.
We specialise in produce sourced directly from local farmers and suppliers.
We have a brand new custom built kitchen.
We are a family-run business with a small, effective team. The position will best suit someone who is used to working in this kind of environment and is willing to be flexible and versatile.
