This large, design lead Architectural Practice is currently looking for a CAD Manager to join their head office in North London.

With a reputation for providing innovative and sustainable designs to new build and refurbishment residential projects, they are now in need of an experienced individual to manage their CAD team.

The main responsibilities of the CAD Manager will be to manage and develop the practices' CAD capability and to deliver effective CAD systems and procedures that add value to the business in the production of information. There will also be an element of research, writing strategic recommendations, as well as implementing, training and managing the CAD teams. The main objectives will be to increase productivity while maintaining quality, target and focus investment in the relevant software and training and improve the level of innovation and development of CAD within the CAD Forum.

Candidates should be educated to at least ‘A' level standard, able to prioritise and multi-task, have excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and communication. Applicants should also be a team player who is willing to pitch in to get the job done. Excellent AutoCAD skills are an absolute necessity and previous experience as a CAD Manager is also highly desirable. A full job description is available on request.
