One of the UK’s largest mobile telecommunications company is looking for Team leaders to manage an outbound sales team.
The suitable applicant would have over 2 years telesales and management experience within a call centre environment, want to forward their career, be lively, ambitious and energetic and also be able to motivate a team to reach targets. Applicants must also be fluent in English, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to travel to North Acton (central line)
The package includes £14,000 basic, £30,000 OTE with a guarantee of £25,000 for the first 3 months. All your earnings are uncapped and there is no threshold to reach before earning commission full training plus benefits.
