An exciting opportunity at this busy 4 star hotel located only 45 minutes from London.

We are looking to add to our professional and experienced Food & Beverage Management team a Restaurant Manager who is enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated; assisting the Food Services Manager in ensuring a consistently high level of service and delivery of service to all guests in the Restaurant, ensuring the Restaurant is running at all times within the framework of the hotel policy and objectives.

You will oversee the daily operation of the Restaurant, encourage up selling, provide help and support within the team and ensure the working environment promotes employee morale and encourages the team to have a pride and a high level of commitment. The department’s payroll must be accurately forecasted and monitored against business needs and budgets as well as monitoring daily figures to ensure accurate revenue reporting. This role will also involve assisting in the overall management of the hotel with regard to Duty Management.

Previous experience in a similar establishment with regards to capacity and standard is essential and ideally at Assistant Restaurant Manager level (or above). Knowledge of Micros is preferable, however full training will be given.
