A vacancy had arisen for a qualified Physiotherapist to work within a Rehabilitation Team.

You will be visiting people within their homes and other community settings following illness, trauma or with those who hove a physical or neurological disability.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the team aim is to reduce inappropriate hospital admissions by providing short-term therapy for patients with a wide range of conditions. You must hold a valid Driving Licence.

You must be registered with the Health Profession Council and have at least one/ two years relevant experience.
