We are a small family run hotel with 9 bedrooms and a high quality restaurant.

We currently need to recruit a Couple or 2 Friends for the following positions:
KITCHEN ASST: Assisting chefs with starters, desserts, salads, food preparation, washing up and cleaning duties in accordance with Health and Safety policies and Environment and Hygiene Regulations. All our dishes are cooked from fresh, using local produce where possible, we even make our own ice cream! A wonderful opportunity to learn and benefit from the experience and enthusiasm of our highly qualified existing kitchen team.

GENERAL ASST: Duties to include, Bar and Waiting, therefore fluency in English essential, Housekeeping, must be responsible and energetic, capable of cleaning 9 bedrooms to a high standard, bearing in mind that it’s often the simple, small touches that make a difference to a customer’s stay.

We offer quality accommodation, a double room in a cottage with kitchen, living room and garden, for which there is a small charge. Meals on duty and uniform provided.

To be considered for this position, you will need to commit to working until October to cover our popular shooting season.
