Job Description
The pub is one of Oxfordshire’s finest country pub/restaurants, set in a beautiful village, 6 miles south of Oxford city centre (on a regular bus route into Oxford and less than an hour from London by train).
We are looking for a kitchen porter to join our friendly team. Some experience would be useful but most importantly, you must be organized and efficient, speedy at washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen and willing to assist the chefs with food preparation.
You do not need to speak fluent English, but must be able to understand and converse.
The salary is £220 per week plus tips (£50-70). Food and accommodation is included – Accommodation consists of a large detached staff house in the grounds of the restaurant with full cooking and laundry facilities.
The position is available from 19 May 2008.
