Job Description

A small design focused Architectural practice wishes to appoint a Part II Architectural Assistant to work on residential projects.

The South West London based practice is expanding and has built up a reputation for innovation through a rare mix of projects from domestic to High-End Eco New Builds.

In this position you will be able to provide real input and even though you will have a specific role within the company, you will be involved in all the architectural stages from concept to completion. You will also be given the opportunity to progress in the company gain responsibility

You should have previous experience of communicating concept designs to other staff, preparing and developing drawings and 3D virtual models as well as having the ability to discuss a clients brief including budget, local planning guideline.

The successful candidate will have the ability to understand and formulate design decisions and carry out presentations, prepare and develop drawings and 3d models. You should also be AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and Sketch Up proficient.
