My clients are a niche firm of Chartered Surveyors who provide management for commercial and residential sectors across London and Europe.

They have grown by 50% every year since their inception and now employ circa 100 individuals across their offices across Western Europe.

Due to the success of the Residential Management division over the last 2 years they have recently won the right to manage a new portfolio, as a result they seek to appoint Residential Management Surveyor/ Property Manager to aid in the management of the current portfolio. The role will consist of managing a large residential portfolio located across London. There are both blocks and AST properties to be managed and the emphasis is on an exceptional delivery of the service. The individual must have a sound understanding and experience of residential property management and be able to hit the ground running.
