Job Description
Some of the duties and responsibilities will be:
- Referral and Assessment
- To manage a complex caseload and to assess need in accordance with Directorate policies and procedures.
- To engage fully in regular supervision with the Team Manager and manage case allocation amongst the team
- To represent the Directorate as required in court processes,
- To identify training and development needs of staff
The successful applicant must be GSCC registered, hold a current CRB and have post qualification experience as a Senior Social Worker or Senior Practitioner.
