Job Description
You will be joining an enthusiastic and progressive team committed to the continuing development of multi disciplinary integrated working, towards enabling vulnerable adults and older people to maintain their independence within their own homes and local community.
- You will manage a varied caseload, including complex Community and Residential Care Assessments
- Adult Protection and Continuing Care Assessments
Please note a Social Work qualification is essential eg Social Work Degree, CQSW, CSS or DipSW, and you will need to be GSCC Registered.
