Job Description
Our Client has an opportunity for an experienced service manager in Cardiff, managing a team of 4 Technicians, 2 Service Advisors and 2 Drivers.
Candidates will have a record of achieving good results within either a specialist or volume franchises.
Salary expectations from £24k with OTE £30k depending on experience and results. Hours are 08:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday and 1in2 Saturdays 08:00am-12:30pm
* Dealership experience.
* Will be able to show a successful record of achievement.
* Ideally conversant with Kerridge Rev 8.
* Strong management skills necessary to control a demanding environment.
* Self-motivated, target driven with the ambition, energy and determination to succeed.
* Able to introduce industry processes and create a successful Service team.
* Have excellent motivational and management skills.
* Highly customer orientated, able to achieve the highest levels of customer care.
