About the Role:

Our client is looking for a proven professional to join our 2020 Liverpool office on a three-month contract. Working with public sector clients, you'll provide a proactive estate management service. This will involve carrying out valuations and providing regeneration advice. You'll also supervise a rent review and lease renewal programme.

About You:

Along with a relevant professinal qualification, you'll have a broad range of surveying experience, including knowledge of landlord and regeneration procedures. On top of that, it's essential that you're a strong communicator with excellent IT skills. You'll have proved yourself in a commercial environment.
