Job Description
Responsible for investigating major defects of the fabric and internal services of buildings, diagnosis of problems and development of viable solutions.
Prepare and implement schemes to modernise and improve properties, carry out inspections on properties subject to right to buy, prepare planned maintenance programmes and monitor the performance of contractors.
