Job Description

A Site Manager is required by my client. Their role will be to assist the Project Manager; my client requires an individual who has a good history working within the Residential House Building industry and managing all facets from pre-construction through to hand-over. The site consists of a mixture of houses & apartments (89 in total). Experience in Traditional Build Housing would be a requirement.
This is an excellent opportunity for a long term permanent contract. However, in return, the client will expect commitment, the drive to complete the project on time and to ensure the correct specification is delivered.
The successful candidate will be able to 'hit the ground running' and be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the construction process which has been gained by working with other industry leaders in the past.
*Key Experience / Skills Required: CSCS and First Aid. A carpentry background would also be desirable
