Our client is a well known Top 5 main contractor, currently working on the Athletes Village for the Olympics, located in Stratford – East London. They are currently looking for a Senior QS to look after all financial aspects of the project; commercial duties will include sub-contractor payments, variations, valuations, and cost reporting.

Previous experience on new build projects with a value of £10m - £20m plus, is essential.
