Job Description
My client is a large niche residential property management with 14 branches across the UK. Due to a significant increase in the size of portfolio managed in the South East they seek to appoint a Regional Property Manager to oversee the management of 30,000 leasehold units within the M25. Directing 4 offices the successful individual will implement procedures and offer support to the offices as the portfolio increases, maintaining the exceptional levels of customer care. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a large portfolio of residential blocks, have exceptional interpersonal and team management skills and also have the ability to actively seek out and win new business.
A strong financial package is available along with share options and equity. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a growing organisation and one which already holds much commercial acumen within the market place.
