Job Description
We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors for one the UK’s largest mobile telecommunications company.
The main purpose of the role is to handle customer and company store
communications (verbal and written) promptly and effectively in accordance with procedures.
You will provide excellent customer service to all customers and store staff and you will make every effort to retain customers who request disconnection.
The ideal candidates will be calm, confident and organised. They will be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Customer service experience is a must, preferably within a call centre environment, although this is not necessary as long as they have a great passion and enthusiasm for customer services.
Full training will be given.
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday rota basis, 1 in 3 Saturdays and 1 in 6 Sundays.
Salary £14k basic + 3k bonus.
