Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Day-to-day detailed management of the project team and contractor client liaison.
- Ensuring that the drawing deliverables achieve the client's full endorsement at the earliest possible date.
- Attending client's site offices for workshop meetings aimed at closing out all outstanding deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
- Part III ARB registered Architect.
- Significant experience in Healthcare.
- Substantial experience of the construction phases.
Required Knowledge:
- Current experience of delivering completed buildings.
Abilities:
- Strong, confident personality used to the contractor site organisation on the construction site.
