Job Description
Our Client has an opportunity for an experienced service manager in Chichester.
Candidates will have a record of achieving good results within either a specialist or volume franchises.
Normal benefits you would expect from one of the leading groups in the industry with OTE salary expectations from £35k to £45k depending on experience and results.
Must currently be a Service Manager in a busy, recognised, franchised car dealership, probably attracting a similar package.
* Volume brand experience.
* Will be able to show a successful record of achievement with a recognised car group.
* Strong management skills necessary to control a demanding environment.
* Self-motivated, target driven with the ambition, energy and determination to succeed.
* Able to introduce industry processes and create a successful Service team.
* Have excellent motivational and management skills.
* Able to pro-actively market and expand the department.
* Highly customer orientated, able to achieve the highest levels of customer care
