Job Description
A thriving local authority based in the Manchester area is looking to recruit a Development control Officer on a contract basis.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Town Planning and the relevant experience carry out the main duties of the position under minimum supervision.
The main duties of he position will include; processing a range of Planning applications, undertaking site visits, writing reports and attending pre application meetings.
If you are enthusiastic about meeting deadlines and have the ability to work well alone as well as within a team this may be the contract position for you.
The successful candidate will receive a 6 month contract and an hourly pay rate of up to £17
