Job Description

A Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef is required for a luxury 4* hotel with a two rosette restaurant located in the midst of thirty acres of Aberdeenshire countryside. The restaurant serves a modern European type cuisine and the bar boasts a brasserie type menu. The kitchen serves up 80 covers a night in the restaurant with an additional 30 covers in the bar. As Senior Chef de Partie/ Junior Sous Chef you will be responsible for running your own section and will assist in the development of junior team members. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion and flair for cooking and will have at least 2 years rosette experience in a similar position, preferably within a 4* environment. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.

Live in accommodation available.
Salary £18K -£20K per annum.
