With 143 bedrooms, the hotel features a popular buffet restaurant, a 2 Rosette a la carte restaurant, a contemporary styled Café Bar and C & B for up to 200, together with room service, outside catering and 5 bar outlets. The hotel enjoys a thriving Commercial, Leisure and Function trade and is popular with both locals and visitors alike.Our client is currently seeking a Deputy Head Housekeeper. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a similar role and will be able to deputise for the Head Housekeeper on her days off and when she is on holiday. The housekeeping team is responsible for cleaning the whole complex including the staff areas and accommodation. The successful candidate will assist Head Housekeeper to run the team of 30 people and to make sure the day to day operations are proceeding smoothly. He / She will be responsible for weekly orders, preparing wages and organizing casual staff when needed. All candidates must have an eye for detail with strong organisational and leadership skills and must be eligible to live and work in the UK
Salary £15K - £16K per annum.
