Our client, a family owned 3* hotel which offers a fine brand of personal attention, requires a Chef de Partie to work as part of its imaginative kitchen brigade. The head chef and his team are constantly seeking out new menus and exciting new ways to display food and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a young dynamic team dedicated to using fresh ingredients to produce its signature dishes. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role He/She will be flexible about their areas of work and will be passionate about the food they produce. Demonstrating an eagerness to develop his/her skills working with fresh, locally sourced, ingredients under the guidance of the Senior Chef, he/she will also be able to show a consistent work record and will be eligible to live and work in the UK. Live in accommodation available.
Salary £17K - £19K
