Job Description
Our client, a family owned 3* hotel situated within easy reach of Bracknell in Berkshire, requires a Sous Chef to work as part of its imaginative kitchen brigade. The head chef and his team are constantly seeking out new menus and exciting new ways to display food and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a young dynamic team dedicated to using fresh ingredients to produce its signature dishes. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with a passion for food. He / she will preferably have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a 3* or 4* establishment and will be eager to develop his/her skills working with fresh ingredients under the guidance of the Head Chef. All applicants will have strong communication and leadership skills and will also be able to demonstrate a consistent work record. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.Live in accommodation availableSalary £20K - £22K
