Job Description
The purpose of the role is to collect all monies owing within credit control policies and procedures to ensure that collection targets are met and to collect monies owing form barred customers who have exceeded their call limits or credit terms. You must ensure that all credit control responsibilities and duties are carried out accurately and within set time limits, whilst providing a first class service to all our customers and store staff.
The ideal candidate must be able to maintain a caring, efficient, knowledgeable and effective interface with customers and store staff at all times, resolve customer queries and collect payments within credit terms to minimise request for disconnection.
You must have at least 6-12 months sales and or credit control experience, must have 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C Passes including maths and English, be ambitious, dynamic, target driven and goal orientated, and be available for an interview immediately.
The package includes free gym membership, pension and health care scheme, paid holiday leave. Basic salary is £15,000 and £24,000- £26,000 OTE with the potential to earn even more as all targets are uncapped!!
