Job Description
Head Pastry chef needed for a newly opened fine dining Japanese restaurant. You will ideally have Michelin or 2-3 rosette experience at sous or Head chef level. This is a high volume restaurant that will receive great press attention due to the food and the owner and they will be looking for accolades. There is a team of 3 pastry chefs.
