Job Description
Our client, a luxury 4* hotel and spa situated in the beautiful Berkshire countryside is seeking to appoint a Sous Chef. The successful candidate must be passionate about the food they produce and will be eager to develop their skills working with fresh, locally sourced, ingredients. They should have a minimum of 2 years fine dining experience, preferably within a 2 or 3 rosette establishment, together with proven leadership skills and an eagerness to embrace new ideas. All the chefs are expected to maintain the superb reputation of the restaurant and to assist in developing the whole dining experience to the next level. All applicants must be able to demonstrate a consistent work record and should be eligible to live and work in the UK
