You will be an experienced contracts or construction manager with a good business brain to project manager and spot potential for new business. You will be managing a number of different projects to ports and harbour reconstruction to land development on both Greenfield and brownfield sites within the company’s own portfolio of land.

You will have a proven track records in similar projects and probably be degree educated. You will be an entrepreneurial type of person with the driven and ambition to succeed. The idea person will have an opportunity to progress to Director and then Divisional Managing director.

£40-45K salary + OTE Bonus of upto 50%. Cash allowances for Pension, car and health cover
