Job Description
An experienced Senior Sous chef required for a fine dining Japanese restaurant pushing for a Michelin star. This is a demanding but very rewarding role, the candidate must have very good experience in Japanese food at Michelin or 2-3 Rosette level and be able to lead a large group of chefs pushing for more accolades under the guidance of the Head chef.
