Job Description
We are seeking a planning enforcement officer where your responsibilities will be to investigate planning development contraventions and undertake the full range of enforcement activities.
The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that any development has permission and that planning requirements and policy are adhered to, conduct site visits and using planning legislation to provide clear guidance to people such as homeowners and builders.
Preparing reports including committee reports will form an integral part of this role whilst recommending action in respect of Planning Act contraventions.
