Job Description
•Work with the Collections Manager & Insolvency Team leader to ensure that the Collections team meets its targets, works in harmony and with other teams across the division.
•Agree with the Credit Controllers and Key Tenant Administrator targets and performance measures for them that ensure the attainment of objectives, service standards and harmonious working
•To lead, motivate and develop the Credit Controllers
•Conduct annual PDA reviews and regular interim reviews of performance with the Credit Controllers
•Understand & comply with all legal and accounting issues that are appropriate to the technical aspects of the role of the Credit Control Team Leader and the Collections team.
